We Get What We Ask For

Praying today from the Word of God for the People of God, asking for what He has promised to give to those when we ask Him.

We don’t have because we do not ask. God knows our need but has ordained that we should ask Him. It’s been this way since Genesis 4:26, when people began to call upon the name of the Lord.

Earthly fathers give gifts to our children, He gives the good gift, the great gift, the gift of the Spirit.

The Spirit of the living God has 3 good things for us:

• His power and favor — Gifts

• His character and nature — Fruit

• His insights and understanding — Wisdom

Pray along in the PrayerCast as we ask the Father for the Spirit and ask for these things He has for us.
